Ketogenic Pasta Shrimps with Peas

I started the New Year with this ketogenic recipe. It is really simple to do and it does not take that much time to prepare it.

~ Am inceput noul an cu aceasta reteta ketogenica, care este simplu de facut si nu dureaza mult timp sa o prepari.

 

You need / Ai nevoie de:

  • shrimps / creveti

  • peas / mazare

  • mascarpone cheese / branza de mascarpone

  • konjac pasta / paste din konjac

  • basil, chili and tarragon / busuioc, chili si tarhon uscat

 

You boil the peas in a pot until they are soft, because after this, you will have to blend them together with the mascarpone cheese.

~ Mazarea se fierbe pana cand devine moale, dupa care se pune in blender impreuna cu 2 linguri de mascarpone. Se mixeaza pana cand devine precum un piure.

 

In the meantime, you rinse the shrimps with fresh water and add them into a frying pan with coconut oil. I had frozen small shrimps, so I did not have to cook them that long. When I saw that they began changing their color, I added a tablespoon of tomato sauce and the chili, basil and tarragon.

~ Intre timp, crevetii se clatesc cu apa si se pun intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei de cocos. Eu am folosit creveti mici congelati, astfel ca nu a trebuit sa ii prajesc prea mult. In momentul cand si-au schimbat culoarea si au devenit mai rozalii am pus o lingura de sos de tomate si condimentele: busuioc, chili si tarhon.

 

The konjac pasta are usually already boiled, so you just need to rinse and add them in hot water for 3-4 minutes and the pasta is ready! You add the shrimps over the pasta and put 2-3 tablespoons of peas and the food is done!

~ Pastele de konjac sunt de obicei prefierte, trebuie doar clatite si tinute in apa fierbinte pentru inca 3-4 minute. Dupa care se adauga peste aceste paste, crevetii si 2 linguri de piure de mazare.
