Place cheeses and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 45 seconds and stir.
Place back in microwave for 45 seconds. Remove and stir until combined.
Stir in eggs and coconut flour.
Knead until a dough forms. If it hardens before you’re done kneading, put in microwave for about 10 seconds to make it pliable.
Wrap in plastic wrap and pop in fridge for 30 minutes.
Proceed to use it as a base for other recipes.
