1 large grapefruit, no skin no pith, just the pulp
2 cups ripe watermelon, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup of superfine sugar
1 bunch mint
Club soda (to serve)

How to make it:
For each cocktail, do the following:
Pick your favorite tall glass muddle a couple slices of lime, a couple sprigs of mint, about 2 tablespoons of grapefruit pulp, 2 tablespoons of watermelon, and 1 teaspoon of sugar (adjust if needed). Muddle until sugar has dissolved completely.
Pour 45 ml. of light rum in the muddled mix and stir
Add a handful of crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit twist and sprigs of mint leaf.
