The first weeks of keto might be hard because you are not used to know by heart what to eat, but if you stick to what you cooked everything should be fine.

If you still  feel hungry after you meal you should try adding some more greens to your meals, or try to add more fat like nuts in your salad or butters like peanut butter, coconut, almond or ghee butter,

 

 

 

Meal 1 - Ketogenic Cabbage Soup

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 onion large, diced

  • garlic powder (unsweetened)

  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground

  • 1 big cabbage , chopped

  • 1 can tomato sauce with chili

  • 5 cups water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 500 gr. Ground Beef

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the beef in small pieces and add it in a pot with water. You let the beef boil for about 30 minutes, time in which you need to collect the foam that it makes.

  2. Now add the onion in the pot, let it boil for 10 minutes.

  3. Add the cabbage, mix the ingredients thoroughly and bring to a boil point over high heat. You can now also add the salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and sour cream and reduce heat to medium-low while stirring,

  4. Boil for 10 more minutes.

 

Meal 2 - Tofu Keto Nuggets

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 – 600 gr of tofu

  • Salt 

  • 1 tbsp of curry powder

  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp of onion powder

  • 7 tbsp of almond flour

  • 1 Egg

  • Cream Cheese

 

How to prepare:

 

First of all, if you have been wondering if it is tofu keto-friendly, just know that there are no carbs whatsoever and you can eat tofu on keto diet, but after I bought it I read that in fact tofu is not that healty....so, I still cooked it, but I don„t think that I will buy it again,

 

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and put them in a large bowl together with the whisked egg, salt and curry powder. You need to dish and dip each and every piece of tofu,

  2. In another bowl, put almond flour, curry, garlic and onion powder together and dip the small pieces of tofu. But do it carefully making sure that they all get dipped into the breading to make sure that they get cooked evenly.

  3. Once you are done, put them in a greasy pan and fry for about 10 – 15 minutes until they get completely fried. Or you can just put them in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

 

Meal 3 - Beef with Tomatoes and Sunflower Seeds

 

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. ground beef

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1 onion

  • salt, pepper, oregano

  • tomato sauce with chili

  • 200 gr. mozzarella

  • sun-flower seeds

How to prepare:

 

1, You first cut the onion and fry it a bit in a pan. After 2 minutes you can pour 3 cups of water and add the meat, Try to mix them well,

2. You will leave the meat to boil for about 25 minutes, and when you see the mixture turning brown , you will have to add the grated zucchini and sunflower seeds.

3. You know mix again the composition and boil more in order for the water to slowly evaporate. This might take 20 more minutes.

4. After which you add 6-7 tablespoons of tomato sauce and the mozzarella and whisk thoroughly .
