Keto Pizza Dough with no Carbs

As amazing as it sounds this pizza dough really exists. It has less carbs than an usual pizza dough, because instead of white flour we are using mostly coconut flour and flaxseeds.

~Pizza cu blat fara carbohidrati chiar exista. De fapt cu putini carbohidrati daca inlocui faina de grau cu faina de co cos si in.

 

 

You will need / Ai nevoie de

  • 150 gr. golden flaxseeds / 150 gr. de seminte de in aurii

  • 3 tbs. coconut flour / 3 linguri de faina de cocos

  • one tbs. arorout flour / o lingura de faina de arorut

  • one egg / un ou

  • baking soda/ praf de copt

  • 50 ml. milk / 50 ml. de lapte

to top the pizza: mozzarella, salami, tomato sauce, condiments like oregano /

Toppinguri pentru pizza: mozzarella, salam, sos de rosii, condimente.

 

This is easy to prepare, you first grind the flaxseeds to obtain flour from them. I grind them with the same machine that I grind coffee beans. You mix the grinned flaxseeds with the coconut, arorout flour and also add a pinch of baking soda. You mix them a bit and then add the milk and mix again starting to obtain a compact dough. This should be a bit sticky.

~Este foarte usor de preparat. Prima oara dam prin rasnita semintele de in. Eu le fac prin rasnita de cafea pana obtin pulbere asemanatoare cu faina. Dupa care amestec "faina" din semintele de in cu faina de cocos si arorut, peste care presar putin praf de copt. Adaugam incet si laptele, amestecand in continuare compozitia pana formam aluatul. Aluat care o sa fie putin lipicios.

 

You will need 2 pieces of baking paper. One on which you will add the dough and the other one to put above the dough. You will roll the dough and the baking paper will help the rolling pin not to stick.

~Pentru a intinde aluatul vom avea nevoie de 2 foi de copt. Pe una vom pune o bila de aluat, iar deasupra vom aseza a doua foaie de copt, astfel in momentul in care intindem aluatul nu o sa se lipeasca de sucitor.

 

When we finish rolling the dough, we remove the baking paper from above and we place the dough along with the remaining paper from the bottom on a pan and add it to the oven to cook. After 10-12 minutes of cooking, we will take out the pan and start add the tomato sauce on the pizza, and start topping it with our favorites. The pizza will now have to be added again in the oven for more 15 minutes.

~Dupa ce am intins aluatul, indepartam foaia de copt de deasupra, iar aluatul cu foaia de copt de dedesubt il vom pune intr-o tava in cuptor pentru 10-12 minute. Dupa cele 12 minute, scoatem tava din cuptor si incepem sa intindem sosul de rosii si sa ornam pizza cu ingredientele preferate pentru pizza. Aceasta o vom mai pune in cuptor pentru inca 15 minute.
