Keto Broccoli and Pepperoni Recipe

You will need: / Ai nevoie de:

  • one broccoli / un broccoli

  • 250 gr. mozzarella / 250 gr. mozzarella

  • pepperoni or whatever meat you like / felii de pepperoni

  • 3 yolks / 3 galbenusuri

  • 4 tbs. sour cream 35% fat / 4 lg. smantana de gatit 35% grasime

  • one onion / o ceapa

  • salt, pepper, oregano / sare, piper, oregano

  • some shredded cheese to top the food / putin cascaval ras pe care il vom presara deasupra

 

We boil the broccoli for a few minutes and them cut it in small pieces.

~ Fierbem broccoli-ul inainte pentru cateva minute, dupa care il taiem in bucati mai mici.

 

You add the onion and the mozzarella in the blender and mix it.

~ Curatam ceapa si o punem in blender impreuna cu mozzarela. Mixam pana se omogenizeaza.

 

You now can add the onion, mozzarella and yolks over the broccoli and mix them together. Add salt, pepper, oregano - whatever condiments you like. You now can put the composition in a pan, put the  pepperoni and cheese on top and add it in the oven for half an hour.

~ Punem ceapa, mozzarella si galbenusurile peste broccoli si amestecam bine. Punem si sare, piper, oregano dupa gust sau alte condimente dupa preferinte. Toata compozitia o turnam intr-o tava, asezam feliile de pepperoni si cascavalul peste compozitie si o bagam la cuptor pentru o jumatate de ora.
