Vegetable Bread


100 gr. buckwheat flour

2 eggs

60 ml. milk


1 teaspoon baking powder

40 gr. grated Parmesan

canned vegetables like corn, peas, bell pepper

How to prepare?

You mix the flour, eggs, milk, baking powder and condiments all together. Mix until when combined.

Add the vegetables and Parmesan and stir.

Add the composition in a greased pan and cook about 25 minutes at 180C.
