I was inspired by this recipe that I saw at www.hellospoonful.com, but I came with a little change to it so it will have less carbs.
1 Cup almond flour
3/4 Cup coconut flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup ssweetener (Tagateze)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/4 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil Melted
3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Apple Chopped
1/4 Cup Walnuts or Pecans chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, add the coconut sugar, milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Toss the chopped apple in a little bit of flour and fold into batter.
Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle optional nut pieces on top.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before slicing and serving.
