This is the first time eating roasted carrots and there are absolutely delicious.
carrots (cut into sticks or halfs)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper, coriander, basil, chilli
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Put the carrot sticks into a large bowl. Add the olive oil and toss to condiments. Arrange the carrot sticks on a baking sheet. Bake for about 1 hour, or until you’re happy with the flavor and texture. Check and flip and rearrange the carrots periodically for even baking.
3. Remove carrots from the oven. Move them from the baking sheet into a large bowl. Serve immediately with dip on the side of your choice.
