Relaxation Mood ON

We all know that after a day's work we all want to relax. Unfortunately not every time we really get to relax, because after work we need to finish other task from "our list".

You don't even realize how important is to have a moment for yourself . There is such a big difference. I can see how I feel when I don't get to have that relaxing moment, the next day I am tense and without any eager to do anything.

There are so many ways to relax, that don't even take that much time, since let's make one thing clear: relaxing after work does not mean not to do anything at all for the rest of the day. Relaxing can be done even for one hour before going to sleep or after doing your tasks from the list.

One hour of relaxation is vital for your health, both physical and mental. What I like to do in that hour depends on my mood. I like reading books, or drinking a glass of wine or decaf coffee and maybe a KitKat :) while watching a movie.  I sometimes like to watch different YouTube tutorials or look for inspiration for my handmade hobby or do some yoga.

When relaxing it is important to have the perfect lighting, not to bright not to dark if you are reading. And you can light up some candles or an aromatherapy lamp with lavender essential oil  for a more relaxing atmosphere. If you are reading you can listed to some calming songs or nature sounds. But the most important thing is to keep your phone as far as possible when you are relaxing.

The relaxing ritual is different for everyone of us. What is important is to do what makes you feel great and what gives you a boost of energy.


Cu totii ne dorim ca dupa orele de munca sa ajungem acasa si sa ne relaxam. Din pacate, nu de fiecare data reusim sa facem acest lucru pentru ca mai sunt si alte treburi de rezolvat de pe "lista".

Sa iti faci timp pentru tine este un lucru atat de important incat nici nu iti dai seama. Un moment de relaxare face o diferenta enorma. Atunci cand nu reusesc sa am momentul meu de liniste, ma simt tensionata si fara chef in a rezolva treburile zilnice.

Sunt multe feluri in care te poti relaxa, fara a pierde prea mult timp, mai ales pentru ca a te relaxa nu inseamna sa pierzi restul zilei facand nimic. Relaxarea poate sa dureze si doar o ora inainte de somn sau dupa ce ti-ai terminat treburile casnice.

O ora de relaxare pe zi este vitala pentru sanatatea fizica cat si psihica. In functie de starea de spirit pe care o am, imi place fie sa citesc o carte, fie sa beau un pahar de vin sau o cafea fara cofeina posibil impreuna cu un KitKat :) in timp ce urmaresc un film. Uneori imi place sa urmaresc diferite tutoriale pe YouTube sau sa caut inspiratie pentru accessorii handmade sau yoga.

Atunci cand te relaxezi conteaza mult sa iti creezi un spatiu de relaxare in care lumina sa fie una ambientala. Daca vrei poti sa aprinzi cateva lumanari sau o lampa de aromaterapie cu ulei esenatial de lavanda pentru a creea o atmosfera calma. In cazul in care citesti, poti asculta o melodie relaxanta sau sunete ale naturii. Insa cel mai important este sa ai telefonul departe de tine cand iti aloci ora de relaxare.

Ritualul de relaxare este diferit pentru fiecare dintre noi. Ceea ceeste important este sa iti gasesti activitatea care sa te faca sa te simti bine si sa iti ofere un strop de energie.
