Ketogenic Eating - Mushroom Chicken Broccoli - Dieta Ketogenica

Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • half onion / jumatate de ceapa

  • half broccoli / jumatate de broccoli

  • 100 gr. fresh mushrooms / 100 gr. ciuperci proaspete

  • half chicken breast / jumatate de piept de pui

  • salt, pepper, turmeric / sare, piper, turmeric

  • 2 tbs. marscarpone cheese / 2 lg. mascarpone

Preparation / Preparare:

We grill the chicken breast first, we add it on the grill in thin slices and flip it on the other side after 5 minutes. We also boil the broccoli for 10-15 minutes.

In the meantime, we put the diced onion in a frying pan. After 2-3 minutes, we add the mushrooms in the frying pan for 10 minutes.

~Intre timp, taiem marunt ceapa si o punem intr-o tigaie sa o prajim pentru 2-3 minute, dupa care adaugam ciupercile pentru inca 10 minute.

By now the broccoli is already done, so we add it in the frying pan along with the mushrooms for another 5 minutes. After we add the chicken and the condiments.

~Broccoli-ul fiert il adaugam in tigaie alaturi de ciuperci pentru inca 5 minute. Dupa care adaugam si pieptul de pui taiat bucatele impreuna cu condimentele.

We mix all the ingredients in the frying pan and we add the 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese and mix again while cooking for another 3-4 minutes.

~Amestecam toate ingredientele din tigaie si adaugam 2 linguri de mascarpone. Amestecam compozitia in timp ce sta pe foc pentru inca 3-4 minute.
