Keto Cheese Chips

I really like my chips, but potato chips are really not healthy. So here is a healthier version of a snack.

Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • cheddar cheese / cascaval cheddar

  • shredded mozzarella / mozzarella

  • one egg / un ou

  • normal cheese / cascaval

  • sesame / susan

  • cumin / chimion

  • konjac flour / faina de konjac

Making these chips is easy, you just need to add the shredded ingredients in a bowl and heat it up while stirring. You can also microwave for a few minutes. In this mix, I also added sesame, cumin and a tablespoon of konjac flour.

~Aceste chipsuri din cascaval sunt foarte usor de facut. Toate ingredientele se dau pe razatoare si se pun intr-un bol de sticla pe care il vom incalzi, astfel cand branza sa inceapa sa se inmoaie. Incalzirea o putem face la abur sau la microunde. In aceasta compozitie a adaugat susan, chimion si o lingura de faina de konjac.

When the mix is smooth, you pour it in a pan, but before adding it, you need to put baking paper. You spread the mix very well until it is thin and then brush the egg on the top. Before adding it to the oven, you use a knife to cut narrow strips. At the end you need to have small squares. You add it in the oven and leave it until the cheese starts to crust and look orange.

~Atunci cand mixul de branza s-a omogenizat, turnam compozitia intr-o tava in care am pus hartie de copt. Compozitia trebuie intinsa astfel incat "chipsurile" sa iasa cat mai subtiri. Oul il vom folosi pentru a unge aluatul, dupa care vom trasa cu un cutit fasii cat mai inguste, astfel incat la final vom obtine patrate mici. Tava o vom lasa la cuptor pana cand cascavalul prinde crusta si o culoare aramie.
