I really like essential oils and especially using them together with a diffuser, because you immediately change the vibe in your home when using them.
Use of essential oils can also help to aid in stress relief. Stress is caused by some sort of negative situation, and although essential oils can not magically make a situation disappear, one may benefit from relaxation effects that aromatherapy offers.
There are many oil combinations that you can do for stress relief, but the most important thing is that you also like the smell. I say this, because some of the oils might not have the best smell.
Here are some options:
Blend #1: Lavender, Frankincense, & Orange
Lavender has a very calming & relaxing scent which may be helpful in alleviating both physical and emotional stress. Frankincense is a great essential oil that many believe may help lift the decrease stress and improve attitude. Orange is very uplifting like many of the citrus oils.
Blend #2: Lavender, Roman Chamomile, & Ylang Ylang
Blend #3: Bergamot, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang
Blend #5: Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender
