Cooking meals can be sometimes a burden, because we don`t have time to cook it and to clean our kitchen afterwards.
But, luckily, there are fast meals and that are really easy to do.
Here are some recipes to do in less than 30 minutes
Crispy Chicken Thighs With Garlic
80 ml. of chicken stock 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes salt and black pepper 8 small bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs garlic powder by taste

How to prepare:
Whisk together stock, lemon juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper flakes in a bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place, skin sides down, in the skillet and pour the mixture stock. Cook until the skins are golden brown and crisp, 18 to 26 minutes.
Flip chicken and reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer chicken to a platter; reserve skillet.
Spicy Chicken Fajitas
1 piece skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder salt and black pepper
1 tbsp. avocado oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
5-6 sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 warm flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese
How to prepare:
1. Season chicken with cumin, chili powder, and salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove to a plate; reserve skillet.
Add pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice, and chicken. Cook stirring until warm. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve chicken and vegetables with tortillas and toppings.

Italian Potato Wedge Nachos

10 fresh potatoes cut into wedges 1 (24-oz.) package frozen rosemary garlic oven fries 1 sliced zucchini 3 slices chopped bacon 1 piece of skinless chicken breasts 1 tsp. italian seasoning salt and black pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil 150 gr. shredded Parmesan cheese 12 pieces tomato cherries, halved 1 Chopped Garlic Clove 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar basil leaves
How to prepare
Preheat oven to 220°C. Bake wedges, zucchini, and bacon in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet, stirring once, 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, and salt and black pepper. Cook in 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes per side; chop. Push potatoes to middle of baking sheet and top with chopped chicken and Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, toss together grape tomatoes, garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Spoon tomato mixture and basil over potatoes. Serve immediately.
