I really like white chocolate and this combination is divine.
1 cup nuts flour or almond
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 large eggs
white chocolate chips with no sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

How to prepare: Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 210° C. Meanwhile , combine the flour, coconut oil and eggs. Stir in white chocolate chips and pecans.
2. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. Roll cookies into balls or scoop cookie dough with a scoop and place on prepared baking sheets.
3. Bake at 210° C for 13-15 minutes or until done.
