4 cups salad greens
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (toasted)
2 TBSP raisins
1/4 cup fermented beets
1/4 cup carrots (grated)
2 TBSP Asian ginger vinaigrette
113 grams grilled chicken, steak, or salmon (optional)
