Today, July the 2nd , Chanel presented its Haute Couture Fall/winter 2019-2020 collection under the dome of the Grand Palais in Paris, transformed into a sublime library,
Chanel's newly appointed creative director, Virginie Viard, designed her first Haute Couture collection. This collection was presented under the dome of the Grand Palais, as is tradition. The silhouettes filed out through the corridors of a beautiful wooden library, dreamed up especially for the occasion, chiming in tune with the resolutely classic, preppy collection.
Chanel once again set the creative bar high, all while nodding to the heritage of the house, etched in history by Coco Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld.
