Baked Chicken Salad


What You Need
  • 2 Chicken breasts

  • 7 Tablespoons of Organic Mayonnaise

  • 2-3 Stalks Celery

  • 2 -3 tbs. Red Onion

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and bake chicken for about 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink

  2. Cut chicken into small pieces, dice celery and onion

  3. Combine chicken, mayo, celery and red onion and add salt pepper and garlic to taste
