Week 3 of Keto - Not having time to cook


So it happens, you don`t have time to cook, or even better...you don`t feel like cooking. But you still have to eat.

So here are some easy and fast recipes.

1. Protein Green Salad

Ingredients:

  • Iceberg salad

  • 1 tbs. mustard Dijon

  • 1 tbs. mayonnaise

  • Parmesan

  • tofu (I had some Keto tofu nugget from last week, recipe here:)

How to prepare:

Cut the salad in small pieces along with the tofu nuggets. Add them in the bowl and mix along with mustard and mayonnaise and Parmesan. In case you don`t have tofu nuggets, you can add any other kind of cheese.

Enjoy!

2. Fish Green Salad

Ingredients:

  • Iceberg salad

  • one can of fish in tomato sauce (I got from Home Garden)

  • 1 tbs. mustard Dijon

  • mozzarella cubes

How to prepare:

Cut the salad in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Open the can and turn in over the salad. Whisk along with mustard and mozzarella cubes.

Enjoy!

3. Cooked Cabbage with Grilled Pork

Ingredients:

  • grilled slices of lean pork

  • cabbage

  • tomato sauce with chili

  • onion

  • oregano, salt, pepper, turmeric

  • garlic powder

How to prepare:

Cut the cabbage in small pieces.

Dice the onion and add it in the pot. When trans lucid, add the cabbage and 2 cups of water. Boil the cabbage on low heat with the lid on. After 25 minutes, add all condiments and tomato sauce and mix them well. Leave the lid on for 15 more minutes.

In the meantime you just grill the slices of pork and them cut them in small pieces.
