Keto Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • 200 gr. cream cheese / 200 gr. branza Philadelphia

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese / 300 gr. mozzarella

  • 4 eggs / 4 oua

  • 2 Tsp. baking powder / 2 lingurite de praf de copt

  • 1-1/3 cups almond flour / 300 gr. faina de migdale

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter / 2 linguri de unt topit

How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC . Add a baking sheet in a cooking pan and spray it with oil.

  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together. Stir until smooth and then remove from heat.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted cheese, eggs, baking powder, and almond flour. Mix until smooth and let it stand for 10 to 20 minutes.

  4. Using a large spoon, scoop dough and place in the cooking pan. Place the pan in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove skillet from refrigerator and brush cooked biscuits with melted butter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Mod de preparare:

1. Se incalzeste cuptorul la 200ºC.

2. Intr-o oala se incalzezte branza Philadelphia cu mozzarella si se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza. Dupa omogenizare se lasa putin la racit.

3. Intr-un bol se combina branza, ouale, praful de copt si faina de migdale. Toata compozitia se amesteca si se lasa sa se "odihneasca" 10-20 de minute.

4. Punem compozitia intr-o tava in care am pus o foaie de copt si am uns-o cu putin ulei. Tava o vom lasa in frigider pentru 10 minute.

5. Scoatem tava din frigider, ungem compozitia cu unt topit si o punem la cuptor pentru 20-25 de minute pana cand se faca aramie.
