Ketogenic Baked Eggs with Zucchini Avocado


Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • 1 zucchini, spiralized into noodles / un zucchini, taiat in spirala ca spaghetele

  • 2 tbs. virgin olive oil / 2 lg. de ulei de masline

  • Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper / sare de himalaya si piper negru

  • 4 large eggs / 4 oua mari

  • Red-pepper flakes, for garnishing / fulgi de ardei iute

  • Fresh basil, for garnishing / patrungel proaspat

  • 2 avocados, halved and thinly sliced / 2 bucati de avocado taiate felii

What to do / Mod de preparare:

Preheat the oven. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini noodles and olive oil to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 even portions, transfer to the baking sheet and shape each into a nest.

~Se incalzeste cuptorul. Turnam putin ulei de masline pe o foaie de copt. Intre timp intr-un bol punem spaghetele din zucchini si uleiul de masline. Asezonam cu sare si piper si impartim in 4 portii egale, portii pe care le punem pe foaia de copt.

Gently crack an egg into the center of each nest. Bake until the eggs are set, 9 to 11 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; garnish with red-pepper flakes and basil. Serve alongside the avocado slices.

~Spargem un ou pe spaghetele din zucchini si coacem oaule in cuptor pentru 9-11 minute. Adaugam sare, piper, fulgi de ardei iute si patrunjel. Se serveste alaturi de felii de avocado.
