Keto Raspberry Smoothie with Seeds


Smoothies are in general made with banana, but this is not recommended when doing a keto diet. So the alternative would be an avocado, but sometimes I just don`t like the taste that it gives.

~Ingredientul principal in smoothie-uri este de obicei banana, insa atunci cand tii o dieta ketogenica, banana nu este tocmai o optiune buna. Alternativa este avocado-ul, insa de cele mai multe ori nu imi place gustul acestuia.

A better alternative would be do add some more fat, like whipping cream!

~O alternativa si mai buna la banana sau avocado, este frisca!

For this smoothie, you will need:

~Pentru acest smoothie vei avea nevoie:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk / 250 ml late neindulcit de migdale

  • a few ice cubs / cateba cuburi de gheata

  • 1/4 cup whipping cream unsweetened / 60 gr. frisca neindulcita

  • 2 tablespoons of stevia or sweetener of your choice / 2 lg. indulcitor

  • 1/4 cup raspberries / 60 gr. zmeura

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract / 1/2 lta extract de vanilie

  • seeds of your choice: I used pumpkin seeds with sesame and flax-seeds / seminte: eu am ales seminte de dovleac cu susan si in.

As you can already guess, all the ingredients are mixed in a blender, except for the seeds :)

You sprinkle the seeds on top.

~Toate ingredientele se pun in blender, mai putin semintele care se vor presara deasupra.
