You will need / Ai nevoie de:
150 ml almond milk, unsweetened / 150 ml lapte neindulcit de migdale
1 tsp honey / 1 lg. de miere
1 tsp coconut oil or ghee butter - optional / 1 lg. ulei de cocos sau de unt ghee
1/4 tsp each of ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom / 1/4 lgts de turmeric, ghimbir, scortisoara si cardamon
freshly ground black pepper / piper negru macinat
In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk with the honey and coconut oil. Bring it to the point where it is almost boiling, then remove from heat.
~Incalzim laptele de migdale intr-o oala impreuna cu mierea si uleiul de cocos. Cand ajunge in punctul de fierbere oprim focul.
Whisk in the spices until well blended. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and add some freshly ground pepper, stir with a cinnamon stick and serve.
~Adaugam condimentele si amestecam bine.
