A great breakfast, but also a healthy snack is the chia pudding. Chia seeds are so amazingly good because they are rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.

I like eating this in the morning and also like to add matcha in it for an energy boost.

~ Un mic dejun delicios sau un desert sanatos este budinca de chia. Semintele de chia sunt extrem de sanatoase pentru ca contin fibre, omega 3, proteina, vitamine si minerale. Mie imi place sa mananc aceasta budinca dimineata si imi place sa adaug si o lingurita de ceai matcha pentru mai multa energie.

You need / Ai nevoie de:

  • 1 Tablespoon 100% Pure Maple Syrup / o lingurita de sirop de artar

  • 3 Tablespoon Chia Seeds / 3 linguri de seminte chia

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla / o cana de lapte de migdale neindulcit

  • 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Green Tea / 1/2 lingurita de ceai matcha

This pudding is very simple to make, you just need to mix all the ingredients in a blender. You have to mix it well to ensuring there are no matcha powder clump. Optional: Top with sliced fruit and unsalted nuts before serving.

~ Este foarte usor sa prepari aceasta pudra. Toate ingredientele se mixeaza intr-un blender si verificam sa nu existe cocoloase de matcha. Optional se pot adauga peste budinca fructe si diverse seminte.
