Healthy smoothies for a great start in the morning

Lately I have been eating for breakfast different smoothies. I try to mix different ingredients, but all smoothies are full of vitamins and just bring a good amount of energy.

~ In ultima vreme am inceput sa inlocuiesc micul meu dejun cu un smoothie foarte satios si plin de vitamine. Incerc diferite combinatii care aduc un aport de energie si echilibru organismului.

Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • 1 small banana (optional) / o banana mica

  • 1 tbs. of coconut butter / o lingurita de unt de cocos

  • 1 cup oat milk / o cana lapte de ovaz

  • 2 tablespoons Manuka honey / 2 lingurite miere de Manuka

  • dash of cinnamon / un varf de scortisoara

Preparation/ Preparare :

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mixed until it becomes smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve right away!

~ Toate ingredientele se pun in blender. In prealabil laptele de ovaz se poate incalzi inainte de a-l pune in blender. Se mizeaxa, dupa care se serveste.

Ingredients / Ingrediente :

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt / 1 cana de iaurt grecesc

  • 3 peaches / 3 piersici

  • 1 cup raspberry / 1 ceasca de zmera

  • 1 cup ice / 1 ceasca de gheata

  • 1 tablespoon of agave or maple syrup / 1 lingura de sirop de artar sau de agave

Preparation/ Preparare :

All the ingredients are added into the blender and mixed until the composition is smooth.

~ Toate ingredientele se pun in blender pana se omogenizeaza compozitia.
