Cauliflower Risotto - Ketogenic Recipe

I discovered another great ketogenic recipe, which is absolutely delicious. Since rice is not allowed when eating ketogenic, someone tried to trick our stomachs or minds in using cauliflower for rice :)

~Am descoperit inca o reteta ketogenica, care este absolut delicioasa. Pentru ca orezul este interzis atunci cand te decizi sa mananci ketogenic, cineva s-a gandit sa ne pacaleasca stomacul si sa foloseasca conopida in loc de orez :)

Ingredients / Ingrediente:

  • one cauliflower / o conopida

  • one small onion / o ceapa mica

  • one carrot / un morcov

  • 60 gr. broccoli / 60 gr. broccoli

  • salt, pepper / sare, piper

  • cheese and Parmesan / cascaval si parmezan

Preparation / Preparare:

We boil the broccoli and cauliflower until they become soft. In this time, we can add the diced onion in a frying pan along with one tablespoon of olive oil.

~ Fierbem broccoli-ul si conopida pana cand devin usor moi. Intre timp, taiem ceapa marunt si o prajim intr-o tigaie cu o lingura de ulei de masline.

We leave the onion for 2 minutes and then add the choped carrot and stir with 5 tablespoons of water.

~ Ceapa o vom praji pentru 2 minute, dupa care adaugam morcovul dat pe razatoare si amestecam cu cateva linguri de apa.

When the broccoli and cauliflower are done, we chop them in small size and add them in the frying pan and sprinkle them with the condiments.

~ Cand broccoli-ul si conopida sunt fierte, le taiem in bucatele mici si le punem peste ceapa si morcov impreuna cu condimentele.

When the cauliflower seems to become dry, the food is done and we garnish it with the cheese and Parmesan.

~Lasam compozitia la prajit pana cand conopida devine usor uscata, dupa care presaram deasupra cascaval si parmezan.
