Soft butter cookies with no carbs
2 cup almond flour (it cannot be directly substituted with coconut flour)
1/4 cup powdered tagatose sweetener
3 tbsp salted melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Smoothies are in general made with banana, but this is not recommended when doing a keto diet. So the alternative would be an avocado, but sometimes I just don`t like the taste that it gives.
A better alternative would be do add some more fat!
