This is one of my favorite meals!

You will need:

  • one avocado

  • one red onion

  • tuna

  • salt, pepper

  • thin slices of bread

To make this is really simple and fast.

Smoothies are in general made with banana, but this is not recommended when doing a keto diet. So the alternative would be an avocado, but sometimes I just don`t like the taste that it gives. A better alternative would be do add some more fat!
