I discovered parsley when I was coping with by histamine intolerance. Parsley was a main helper in my detox. Because of his strong power to detox the body, basically it also helped me get my histamine levels in a row. I used to drink parsley tea and it was great.
I started to drink chicory when I discovered that I am histamine intolerant and because I had to avoid caffeine I really had to find an alternative. Since I love my coffee with milk, I was really glad to discover this miraculous plant that tastes the same as coffee.
I was glad to discover that although I had this intolerance, I could still eat food that had a very good taste. For example, I started adding pomegranate fruit in my salad instead of vinegar. Since this fruit is mostly sour it is a perfect combination with the salad.
